Q: I find there are several Hackers in the group
Hi, Sorry about hearing this from you. For games on PC, cheaters have easier ways to apply hacking programs than on mobile games. No platform can avoid this issue, including us. As a platform, GameLoop can’t perfectly deal with what is happening inside games and feel bad about players' situations. In order to solve this, reporting the cheaters through the customer service in the games probably helps more. Besides, anti-cheat program is working on our platform widespreadly now. Meanwhile, we are doing our best effort to improve anti-cheat system constantly. Please believe that we value our users' voice and thanks for your patience! We will try to be the platform which has the least cheaters cuz we hate them the same as you.

Q: I find the game will lagging, when I am playing it on the GameLoop
Hi, sorry about hearing this from you. GameLoop recommended deploy Hard disk: 1.5G free space at least CPU: Inter/AMD, i5 and above Memory: 8GB and above Operating system: win7 and above Graphics card: AMD/NVIDIA alone, GTX660 and above. If you have a solid state drive, it will be much better to install the GameLoop on a solid state drive. thanks for your feedback.check # video-guides for tutorial

Q: The screen become white; how can I fix it?
Hi, sorry about hearing this from you.
For this issue, please try the following steps:
1. please check if DirectX 11 is installed or supported on your system.
2. Please try to clean the cache (The cache clean button is on the right top of the gaming screen).
3. Go to Buddy settings and Engine settings,
4. Mark OpenGL+ on
5. Restart GameLoop.

Q: The screen become black; how can I fix it?
Hi, sorry about hearing this from you. For this issue, please try to Click "Clean Cache" in the upper right corner. if it doesn't work, uninstall the GameLoop and changing the path to install the GameLoop

1. Go to GameLoop settings and Engine settings,
2. Choose 4 in the processor
3. Restart GameLoop.

Q: I am stuck at 98% Error, how can I fix it?
Hi, sorry about hearing this from you. For this issue, please try the following step:
1. Restart your PC/laptop
2. Uninstall GameLoop
3. Re-install GameLoop from: https://gameloop.fun
4. Turn off (or uninstall) your anti-virus software.
5. start the GameLoop .

Q: I am stuck on installing, how can I fix it?
Hi, sorry about hearing this from you. For this issue, please try the following step:
1. Open the Taskmanager
2. Go to Details Tab
3. Close AndroidEmulator.exe
4. Exit the Gameloop Tray Icon
5. Run the Gameloop in admin mode again

Q: I find I was stuck and no responding, how can I fix it?

Q: the FPS is too low, how to fix it?
Hi, sorry about hearing this from you. For this issue, please note that Gameloop needs at least 4GB ram to run properly. If you meet the requirements and still have FPS issues, please try to reinstall GameLoop into a faster hard disk

Q: the LSP was reseted, how can I fix it?

1. ctrl+R
2. enter CMD
3. netsh winsock reset (enter)
4. restart PC/laptop
